They don’t care at all about to fix their issues-bugs with their phones. People spend hundreds of dollars on these phones and they way Apple Care support treated us today was absolutely disgusting. They can’t send verification messages since screen locked and won’t be able to look at messages. They kept asking to turn off the find my phone function but it’s impossible on a non responsive device. They just seemed like don’t understand the fact the device absolutely unusable, even unable to turn off the device itself. Apple Care Support was absolutely unhelpful. Tried to reset with the volume like below said, but still don’t work. Same happened to our iPhone 15, iOS updated and the phone screen completely unresponsive since.
